I got a licene for the PRO vesion but I cant register this key(Windows 10)

Hello Gunter,
you need to take your Activation key of your license and ativate it inside eM Client in the Help>License section.
Or do you experience any problems when you attempt to do this?

Hello Gunter,
I guess something might be blocking eM Cleint’s connection to our licensing server.
Try adding eM Client to exceptions in your windows Firewall and Antivirus software.
Are you using any proxy setting to connect to the internet?
