I get constant sync errors on carddav and caldav.

I get constand sync errors on carddava nd caldav. Turning the service off fixes it but everytime we reopen EM client the service button is ticked again. We don’t need either to sync so how do I keep them both turned off please?

Hi Dean, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check for the exact version number in help > about? Can you make a screenshot of the error and when it occurs switch to the “Log” tab, copy the content of the log and post it here on the forum.

What mail service are you using with eM Client?
