I enter the proper pass word for logging in and the program rejects it where can I get a new pass word and start all over ?

the program downloade ok and the temp serial number was accepted but in the beginning a window opens shows my email and asks for a pass word I keep entering the proper password and it doesn’t take it .

Hi, you can usually change your account password in the webmail settings of your mail service.
Was the connection working properly before or are you having this issue since you started using the account with eM Client?

What mail service are you using?
