I do I change an email from going to junk

If the email is being moved to Junk by your server, then you will have to change the settings through the web interface for that account.

If the email is being moved to Junk by eM Client, then you can right-click on en email that is in Junk and choose Move to Inbox > Move to Inbox and remove Blacklisted Address/Domain. If you want to completely disable junk filtering in eM Client, go to Menu > Tools > Rules , and deselect both the Spam and the Blacklist filters.
