I can't turn on Chat! When I click on the "available" option, nothing happens. Can't add any of my contacts to Chat either. Any ideas?

My chat is not working. I can’t make myself “Available” or any of the other options in the drop down menu.

Hi, what chat service and what eM Client’s version do you use? Do you see any error message in Tools - Operations - Errors tab.

Version or eM is 6.1.19714
Configured Yahoo Mail with the client, that works great. Just can’t get Yahoo Chat to work with it.

can you tell me about those errors when you try to connect? Open that window and tab I gave written to you and then try to connect.
