Hi, I currently have 7 mailboxes added to my emclient, but unfortunately when sending messages I can only select 4 of them as sender. I didn’t see this at all before and was sending the email as the wrong sender because it was automatically swapped and the original mailbox can’t send emails at all… Please help. Greetings
If the missing accounts are eg: Outlook, Hotmail or Live IMAP / Exchange type accounts, then could be you don’t have “Airsync” enabled.
Go to “Menu / Accounts” (PC) or “eM Client / Accounts” (Mac).
Then “select your account” on the left and click the “General tab” at the top.
Lastly “scroll down to Services” and “tick the AirSync option”. Then Save & Close accounts.
