I will need your CardDAV logs, go to tools - settings - advanced, check CardDAV under your account, apply and restart eM Client.
Simulate steps that leads to your issue and after that use “send logs…” to email@example.com together with this topic’s URL in subject.
Then you can turn logging off.
I have a similar problem. Free version, win 8, Yahoo.com email. I can add contacts to the Yahoo account from eM Client but none of the contacts, those in the account and those added, show in the client. They will show in Yahoo’s browser interface.
Can you please send me the CardDAV logs exactly as John Galis suggested to EngLife. Just please add my email as a copy instead of John’s, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Try to change in Tools/Accounts the Address (Carddav url) to:
username without @yahoo.com
