If you mean all the addresses are not displaying, please note that at the end of the address string there is a a note at the end that states “and other XX people”. Clicking on this will display all recipients.
If you mean you cannot see the actual addresses, go to menu/tools/settings/mail/read and check :Show email address in email header"
