I can't activate : violation of our license policy

Hello, this morning eM Client tells me that there is a problem with my license, I tried to activate it again but it is impossible, he says me : “This computer cannot be activated due to violation of our license policy. Please contact our sales department”.
However, I did not do anything special.
Who should I contact please?

A violation of the license policy usually means using a Free License for business use.

If that is the case, you will need to purchase a Pro License to continue using eM Client.

If it is not, please write to sales@emclient.com and they will be able to assist you further.
