i just switched over to this but my info from outlook did not transfer over to here
Check to make sure that the information is not stored in your local folders. Go to menu/tools/settings/general and check “Show local folders”. They then should appear at the bottom of your folder pane.
If not, you can import by going to menu/file/import and select “Microsoft Outlook”.
i tried unfortunately that did not work. Any other possible solutions?
Did you try importing from your .pst file? Go to the same menu location I suggested above, but choose import from .pst.
just tried. Object not selected for an instance? I checked the correct box. and that is the message i got.
