All of a sudden I cannot send messages. They immediately bounce back. However, I can send and receive messages from my Iphone. I tried disabling my firewall figuring that it could be computer related, but that did not help. Any fixes?.
Could you please post the account information from Menu > Tools > Accounts? If it is set as IMAP, please try deleting the account and add it again. If it doesn’t help, check the SMTP settings in the same directory if they are correctly set according to the provider’s recommendation.
Next to the firewall, issues of this type may be caused also by the antivirus program. Please try disabling it as well.
I have the same problem. Deleting and adding again doesn’t help. I have an IMAP account.
I have no anti viurs program in use.
