Is the issue with archive, local folders or both?

Thanks for reply, eMC version 9.2.2093 (6d2fe6b), Windows, files older than 2 months I seem not to be able to access the email, I can open the email but there is no information other than the email address

When you click on an email older than 3 months do you see at the top of the email body as small horizontal line going across the page ?
If you do see this small line going accrose the top of the email page and you have an eg: IMAP, Exchange, Office 365, or iCloud account, the emails could just be still reading and is just not cached locally yet so you don’t see anything but will normally appear if you wait.
Now if you don’t see the tiny horizontal line going across the top of the email and you do have a IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account, then go online to your mailbox and see if you can read those same emails.
If you can read those same emails all online ok but not in eM Client after alongtime of waiting, then your local cache in eM Client is corrupted in some way or your mail account in eM Client is courrpted or not working correctly any longer.
So you then have 2 options in that case. Either try repairing your mail account which resyncs eM Client with your online mailbox folders, or completely remove and re-add your mail account which then ultimately will fix it that way.
To repair your mail account, right click on your account Inbox (or if it’s a Gmail acct All Mail) and then click Properties at the bottom. Then click the Repair tab at the top and click “Repair”.
Now if the repair mail account option still doesn’t read those 3 month old emails & attachments, then suggest to next remove and re-add your mail account via either “Menu / Accounts” (Pc) or “eM Client / Accounts” (Mac).
