i can not get mail client to sync fully it gets stuck on the imap folder

need help can not get em client to sync my imap folder all the way. It is in a constant sync and never finishes.

Hello Robert,
what mail account does this happen on?
Can you copy the content of Tools>Operations>Log window after the synchronization gets stuck?
