I was trying at my company premises…dont know if Proxy is blocking…i need this software to work…its wonderful and can do help me solve many problems if it works.
Hi, if you’re using proxy in your company, can you make sure it’s not blocking the ports your account is using to connect?
Can you make a screenshot of the error and post it here on the forum?
How did you setup the account? Did you use the automatic setup?
