Which exact version of eM Client are you using?

Can you not send any e-mail, or just 1 or a few?

Since when can you not send e-mails anymore? Or have you never been able to send e-mails?

Which e-mail provider are you using?

How big is the e-mail you’re trying to send (does it have a big attachment)?


There are 2 sitting in the outbox. They are both simple test messages. I’ve been using gMail on my android tablet to handle any outgoing emails since eM client on my desktop under window 8.1 can’t send. My provider is gmail. My isp is roadrunner through time-warner.

Hi Jim, try to update your eM Client to this release, http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.21364/setup.msi and change your security policy on your SMTP setting “force usage of SSL/TLS”.
