This is when I am trying to set up for the first time. Mysteriously, I get the welcome email, but the folder tree and my inbox contents don’t appear. Any advice would be gratefully received.
I’ve resolved this! I think it was because I didn’t use the “identity credentials” for imap and smtp access - and/or because my password was incorrectly entered - duh! Sorry if anyone has read this and wondered how to help!
