I am thinking of switching eMClient but have three accounts how can I disable one so as to try the free trial?

You can choose the accounts for testing. Take only two… .

Open Menu (A) → Tools (B) → Accounts ©
Add (1) or Delete (2) Accounts

As far as I remember the free version allows creating more than two accounts but only the topmost two are processed. To change the order you can use the arrows in the row where you can create an account (1).
