I am missing old emails

Hi,

I have just downloaded and installed the em client free and am trying to sync an outlook.com account.

I have most of my old emails and all the news ones since I installed it but I am missing all emails from 3/5/2012 till I installed it.

I have been syncing for days now and it hasn’t added any more after 3/5/2012 for ages.

Hello,

Look in Tools - Settings - Mail - Automatic Archiving, do you have turned it on?

No I don’t (thankfully!)

I have old emails, they just stop in may last year - is there a limit to the amount of emails or anything?

No, eM Client does not block old emails (that would make use it senseless), do you use Gmail by any chance?

and can you please check on Google’s webmail if those emails are not in “All mail” folder?
