I am having problems....my emails don ́t download to the eMclient account

my server works well but my emails don ́t get to eMclient…can someone help me??

Are you getting any errors?

Go to Menu > Tools > Operations and see if anything is listed there.

Yes i am that is not conected to the server…but the server works well

Disable your anti-virus and firewall and try again.

If that doesn’t work, please provide the error text or a screenshot.
