I am connected to the internet but EmClient won’t work. This is the only thing in the error log 4:06:00 PM Online state: changed to online due to NetworkAvailability , forcedOffline is true
Down the bottom left it says ‘Never Synced’

Can you disable your anti-virus application and try again?
