Hyperlinks - links don't work

Hyperlinks don’t work in incoming emails. They work correctly in other clients.
Is there a setting I’ve missed?

What happens when you click urls ?

Do you get a browser open up and an error message ? And if so what’s the error say.

Have you also tried changing your default browser in the OS and rebooting?

About half of the links work, like the one in the email to visit topic. The ones that don’t work do nothing when clicked on. No opening browser or error message.

Probably then something then wrong with the source code in those email links if some url links work and others don’t.

Right click in the body of the email and view source of the email at the bottom of the menu that appears, and then copy that source code section “of a eg: public link that doesn’t work” into this thread so we can test that in eM Client.

If you don’t have a public link url source code example to post, then if you have a current active paid Pro or Personal version of eM Client, go to the following eM Client VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket with an example email if the problem “exported to .eml file” via the menu to then have that email source code investigated.

If I open up my Gmail in a browser, the link works, but in the client, it doesn’t. So the code must be there.

Yes there is code there, but it doesn’t mean the code is correct. So need an example.

Here is the A tag code for one of the buttons that don’t work:

There is no eg: http:// or https:// in that source code.
