Hudge problem receiving simple mails

Good morning,
I’m sorry to tell you that there is still a problem with imap/smtp simple mails.
I followed your advice well, by disabling the firewall and the antivirus I started to receive again my imap mail despite the fact that the diagnosis does not detect any problem. I  turn on the antivirus and the firewall again with the right permissions.
Now it’s the other way around on mailings. Apparently the mailings go well but the diagnosis gives me an smtp error and the fix function does not find any solution. So I’m never sure if the shipments were made or not. And it does so even if I disable the antivirus and firewall again. :frowning:

You can check that you have the correct settings for the server. These are what I found on their website. Go to Menu > Tools > Accounts, and check the IMAP and SMTP are as follows:

port: 993
security policy: Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)

port: 465
security policy: Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)
