html source code instead of formating

Hello
One of my tools trys to send an email via em client. The content is html. The email is shown up before sending. But the content is html source code only:
 

 
Bla Bla
 
 
Dear,
 
bla bla

 
blabla

  1. cyxcycy
     

 
blabla:

  • blabla
  • blabla
     

    blabla
    blabla
     

blabla

Do you have an idea what’s the problem?

Hi Sören, I believe this is due to differences between email clients, your tool is probably trying to insert the HTML content into the content of the body, but if you want to create an HTML email in eM Client, you have to right click the editing area, select Insert > HTML and insert your code.

This can also be done using Templates in Tools > Settings > Mail > Templates and Signatures.
