HTML messages not displayed

New emails to my corporate inbox ([email protected]) and my Gmail accounts (two separate accounts) are not being displayed if the message was sent HTML. Most of my mail is HTML! It is ridiculous to have to read these emails in a browser, especially because I can answer most in a matter of seconds in a reply or by deleting it. Why is this happening.

Hi, not completely sure what you’re referring to, based on the received screenshot, you’re not displaying the content as external content have to be loaded, if the message isn’t shown after using the “Download pictures” option below the header, can you make a screenshot of how the message should be displayed from your browser and from eM Client after using this option?

What version of eM Client, are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
