HTML markup after paste from clipboard

When I paste a text from the clipboard the editor creates a new span and this extra span sometimes makes a problem to other email clients, especially ticket systems.

I did “Paste as Text” of “FK GRAFICAR PODGORICA” and here you can see what has been added into HTML:

Can you do anything with it?
