The move-to-inbox option mentioned in this article is now gone. I only have move-to-folder and moving to the inbox presents no option to unjunk future emails. What then is the correct method to do this?

you can set on your email server that email addresses or domains which are falling into “Junk” are not junk (this needs to be done server side, em client downloads emails exactly like they are on server).
