How to stop connecting to a server

Hello, Is there a way to stop eM client to connect to a server ? Typically, I have deleted an account but would like to keep the local account. Is there an option to set (or to unset) to keep the account “dormant” in eM ?

You will need to enable Local Folders by selecting Menu > Settings > General > General > Show Local Folders.

Then copy all the messages from the old account to Local Folders.

Finally remove the account from eM Client.
