how to set a rule from the message received in the inbox with a right click, just like outlook

in outlook, i set a rule by right clicking the message, and all the particulars about that message are automatically placed in the rule setup form. in the em client, i can only find rules under the tool dropdown menu. is it possible to set it up like outlook, or is it already set up that way, and i just don’t see it? thanks
