My C: Drive is a relatively small solid state disk so I try to put whatever I can on a larger spinning hard drive. Somehow em client ended up in the wrong place and I am running out of space on C: How do I relocate it to my F: drive without losing anything?

Hi EdSmega…
It can be done if you know how by modifying the install routine which is what I did
because I do not install anything that I don’t have to on C:/ because I prefer to
keep it that way, not for space reasons.
It works fine with all updates installing to my new location on E;/
If you are not able to edit the install routine yourself you can use this utility,
Application Mover from:
http://www.funduc.com/app_mover.htm
I was involved in creating the program, it works well and only costs $15.00US
If you go this route I suggest you also move the EMC Database from it’s default
location, you do this from within EMC here:
Menu -> Settings -> General -> Storage -> Here you will be given instructions;
I suggest that you make a copy of the DataBase before you do anything and
keep it somewhere safe… just in case!
Get back if you need any more information.
¡Saludos desde la soleada España!
