Hi,
On Monday last I changed my eMClient password, via my internet provider.
Since then I have been locked out of eMClient and my internet provider’s web mail page.
All I get is Server says, “5.7.8 Authentification failed”, with the user name and password fields filled in
I’ve tried every which way to verify my new password via this window, to no avail.(I saved the new password to paper just in case,on Mon.)
I have deleted eMClient (not the data base) and installed the latest version of eMClient.
Please help me find :-
- a way to find my new password through eMClient or my internet provider
- a way to authenticate my password.
Help.
