Multipart MIME 1.0 emails, such as those from Amazon are only seem visible in plain test mode. But selecting plain text mode in ‘read’ options applied to all messages.
Is there a way these messages can be displayed correctly automatically? I’ve updated to 4.0 but still a problem.
Though I’m not 100% sure the status of MIME support in eM, this is not necessary a problem on eM Client, could be Windows as well. I would suggest you to send the e-mail you are having a problem with, so they can analysis for you.
This problem turned out to only relate to old messages imported from Outlook XP and eM Client support have promised a fix for this in the next release. Multipart messages received are already working fine.
