Hello, you should be able to rename your folders by right clicking the folder and selecting “Rename”, the only folders that can not be renamed are the default folders on your account or in Local folders (e.g. Inbox, Junk, Sent, etc.).

Yes, I’ve tried that several times - once I hit return the name goes back to the way it was. Was hoping someone else has seen this same problem and found a fix. Thanks.
Maybe this operation is not permitted on your mail server and you can only rename the folder using the webmail interface… Check with your mail service host’s support, if this should be possible through IMAP connections.
