I believe this issue might be connected to your Operation system settings rather than eM Client itself (unless you have numerous accounts with huge amount of data that needs to synchronize).

my computer is a window xp and also I have 2 e-mails one of them centurylink e-mail and outlook.com

Hello,
I still believe that your best option is to speed up your startup in general using the hints I linked to above.
Not to mention that Win XP is an older system, so it might be the cause of that.
