When I send email from Hubspot CRM, these are shown as being sent from eM Client which is as expected. However, if I return an email from eM Client, then the emails are not logged in Hubspot CRM and must be logged manually. Any help with this would be brilliant. Thanks
Kind of managed to solve this problem. I decided to go back to outlook as I could see that HubSpot developed an add-on for outlook that enabled email logging into the CRM. I realized that it does this by bcc’ing a HubSpot email address [email protected]. This is simply my ID. I’ve tried simply using this in eMCLient and it works a treat. Enjoy
