How can I continue to use the free version? I got a message that I am no longer able to keep using it unless I have a license (??).
Should I uninstall it and install again ?

Are you at the just at end of the 30-days Pro trial? All you need to do is just register yourself for a free license. You’ll still be able to use it, just with some limited features. https://www.emclient.com/free-license
Or did you get an email about violating the terms of use by using a free license for commercial purposes?
