How to keep the messages in eM Client while deleting the message in Outlook?

How to keep the messages in eM Client while deleting the messages in Outlook server to avoid exceeding the storage limit?
Pls help.

You can move them to Local Folders. The messages will still be accessible and searchable in eM Client, but won’t be synced with the server.

If Local Folders are not visible below your other folders, you can enable them by selecting Menu > Settings > General > General > Show Local Folders.
