Hi Ralph, not really sure what you’re referring to, could you possibly make a screenshot of the issue?
eM Client distributes your email into groups (if you have the option enabled), based on what column (such as Received, Priority, From, etc.) you’re using for sorting.
You can choose which one you’re using by clicking on the “Sorted by…” on top of your email list or by selecting the column you want to use if you’re using messages on the bottom layout.
