how to forward to a contact?

If you want to forward an email to a contact simply select a message, click “Forward” button and enter a contact into the To field.
how do i “enter a contact into the To field” ?
better yet, how do i enter several contacts ?
You can enter a contact into the To field by clicking on the “To” on the left side of the To line, or you can simply type it in.
The same works for multiple contacts.
