Hi, eM Client does not have a junk filtering system, so unless you’ve blacklisted the user’s email address, you would have to navigate to your webmail application and make sure your server doesn’t consider the address as junk as unless the sender’s address is in the blacklist under Tools > Blacklist, it’s your mail server moving the item into the junk folder.
