How to expunge Gmail "All Mail" folder after automatic archive?

I have noticed that even though I have successfully executed the Automatically Archived function using eM Client, the emails still show up in Gmail “All Mail”. This can be verified searching with the Gmail web UI using “older_than:180d”. I have instructed eM to archive (move to local storage according to the help text) emails older then 180 days. I expected eM Client to download messages and attachments for offline into my local Archive folder and delete (move from [Gmail]/AllMail] to [Gmail]/Trash) and Expunge. See this reference:

the only possible way how to do that is to delete them manually.
