How to display "Saved Mail" folder when using IMAP server

I was using Exchange Web Server for my email account, but kept getting dialog box asking for username and password. I created new account using the account setup Wizard and it is using IMAP server. With IMAP server, I cannot see my “Saved Mail” folder and all of its sub-folders. RMB > Show/hide folders on the account in the left-hand navigation pane does not provide “Saved Mail” as a choice to show/hide.

My “Saved Mail” folder is still on the outlook.com domain server (can see it via web-based email and Outlook App on Windows 10). I can see/access my “Saved Mail” folder via the Exchange Web Server account, but not via the IMAP server account. I am using eM Client v9.2.2258

How do I import, show, get access to my “Save Mail” folder within my email account that is using IMAP server?

If you have a More folder can you look inside that and see if your other folders are there?

No, it is not there. Only the Hidden folders are there. I have expanded all folders and the Saved Mail folder is not there anywhere. Again, it is on the server and the Exchange server account but not the IMAP account.

Hello Gary, I am awaiting your reply from my July 2 post. I continue to have no success seeing the “Saved Mail” folder using the IMAP server account.
