My message list shows grouped conversations. When I click on a conversation, the text appears faint. I need to change the background color of those conversation lines. Could you please tell me what term I should search for in the built-in editor? Thank you very much…

Probably the easiest thing to do is with conversations in view open
Theme Editor to select the element/s you want to change with the
Pick Element tool See image below
this should open the section in Theme Editor.

You can edit the Theme to change the background “for new Unread emails” via reading this thread. This will make the background like a banner to standout.
