Hello, not quite sure what you mean by hard deleted by unfortunately once your trash is emptied or the message is removed by using shift+delete, it is no longer possible to restore the message/item.

Thank you! Probably happened with a reason 
But would be really nice to have a option to retrieve deleted emails. It is hard to understand that something like tat is not a granted option for computer users in these days of computer era.
Hello Sylvie, unfortunately even in this computer Era, once data is removed you can’t bring it back. If you use the regular delete option, the item will be moved to trash where you can retrieve it unless you empty the trash or remove the item without moving it to trash (using shift+delete).
