my server is telling me tyhat the inbox is full because emails aren’t being taken from there. how do i change this? cheers
which email service do you use and which email account does this happen from?
just the standard free one, email@example.com

that means all your mails and data are synchronized with the server and you must be reaching all the free space you have on the server.
If you want to keep your mails but need to move them and store them locally, you can either Archive your old messages (Tools > Settings > Mail > Automatic Archiving) or set up Local folders and move your mails there ( Tools > Settings > General and check Show local folders).
Sorry I was wrong and Its a POP3 account, is there an option like you have in outlook to remove from server after X days ?
If it’s a POP account, the mails should be removed from server once you open your client and read them, unless you set up your account to keep a copy on the server. If that is so, you won’t be able to set it up through eM Client, you need to change the setting on the server.
