How to adjust font sizes when reading emails

Hello all…

When I compose and send email, I usually use a size 14 font and it looks great. However, when trying to read “sent” and just received emails, the font sizes are so small (like around a 5 or 6), that it’s almost impossible to read. So in the case of these, I have to hit the “forward” button so I can adjust the font sizes - frustrating to be sure.

I’ve looked everywhere (well, in places I’m familiar with) to find out how I can adjust the zoom so my downloaded emails look larger. I’ve been unable to find anything, so I’m guessing there must be something simple that will allow me to adjust font or view sizes when reading emails.

Any ideas/suggestions…

Thanks,

Hey@benherrmann

You cab adjust the Font size by either:
1./ Right click in message window and select Zoom in poppup
2./ Ctrl++ to increase
3./ Ctrl-- to decrease
4./ Ctrl 0 to default
5./ Also “click in the body of the email” then:
Ctrl & use the mouse scroll wheel up & down to zoom in & out

That’s it.

Thanks - I assumed it was something simple that my feeble little brain couldn’t find.
