How to add Calendar, Contacts, Notes etc to a Account

I created accounts with just IMAP and SMTP before realizing I needed the above as well.
I understand I must delete that account and start all over again however I literally have hundreds of emails sorted into local folders etc and just cant risk losing them.
Surely there must be some way I can do this without deleting the account first?

Local Folders “don’t normally get touched” if you remove and re-add an IMAP account.

But if your worried and have to re-setup your account again, then before you remove and re-add your account, first make a manual backup of eM Client via “Menu / Backup”. You can see when thats completed in “Show Operations” via the dropdown on the right of Refresh top left.

Once the backup is complete, go to “Menu / File / Export” and choose Export emails to (.eml) files. Then select your Local Account mail folders and export those messages to a folder on your eg: Desktop or Documents. Then go to “Menu / Accounts” and remove and re-add your account.

If then anything happens to your Local Folder messages after you remove and re-add your account, then just go back to “Menu / File / Import” and select Email (.eml) and select your exported desktop or documents folder and select your Local Folder and import.
