How to activate emails

Email says repair the version of eM Client, allow repair, page saying welcome, how do you actually open emails? am I just being stupid? been stuck in the loop for days

In order to read emails you need to add an email account to eM Client. You can do that through Menu > Tools > Accounts, then clicking on the + icon to add an account. You can find out more about adding accounts in the Help File (F1).

Once the account is added, you will see a layout like this with three columns; a folder tree (left), a message list (middle) and the message detail (right). Clicking on the Inbox in the folder three will display a list of the messages or conversations in the message list. Clicking on a message or conversation in the list will display the content in the message detail.
