How long should I wait for a comment on a serious Exchange related problem? (eM Client 6.0)

I am new to the community. Having found several error in Exchange calendar syncing, I am considering recommending against eM Client 6.0 (not in list). It seems only fair to try tech support first. How long show I expect to wait? The original issue is “Many calendar that appear in Outlook and OWA items do not appear in eM client.”
