I’ve been having a persistant issue with sending gmail though eM Client and wish to discuss this with the helpdesk. I have a licence with lifetime upgrades, but my VIP support expired some time ago. I bought an extension for 1 year of VIP support, but when I try to login to support, I get an error message saying that my account has expired and inviting me to purchase a support extension!
I only bought the extension about 13 hours ago - am I being too impatient? Will the support extension be applied automatically or do I need to do something to apply it? There doesn’t appear to be anywhere on the support page that I can enter my activation code.
