How import mails from Incredimail?

I currently using incredimail and now i want to import all my mails from incredimail to eM Client. But there is no any such facility in eM Client to import mails directly from incredimail. And Incredimail also not given option to export all mails.

So please help me

Incredimail keeps changing its format.

This should get you to eml format.
Otherwise > save as.
